摘要
秦二厂1/2号机组的RIC堆芯中子通量测量系统从投运至今已接近20年,受当时的技术限制,系统人机界面不友好,可靠性和性能指标低,系统功能有限。随着运行时间的增加,系统软硬件故障率逐渐升高,设备老化严重,多数原厂备件即将停产或已经停产,对系统进行升级改造迫在眉睫。项目施工涉及多个部门,范围涉及岛内外,作为秦山地区核岛大范围改造,策划和实施显得尤为重要。本文从项目启动到改造完成,详述整个策划和实施的思路和创新点,以求积累核电站堆芯系统改造经验,在同型电厂间形成良好的经验反馈。
The RIC core neutron flux measurement system of 1/2 units QinShan PhaseⅡNuclear Power Plant has been put into operation for nearly 20 years.Due to the technical constraints at that time,the system has an unfriendly man-machine interface,the reliability and the performance index are low,the system function is limited.With the increase of operation time,the failure rate of software and hardware of the system is gradually increasing,the equipment is aging seriously,most of the original spare parts are about to stop production or have stopped production,so it is urgent to upgrade the system.The project construction involves many departments,the scope involves in the island outside,as the Qinshan Area Nuclear Island large-scale transformation,the plan and the implementation appears particularly important.From the start of the project to the completion of the retrofit,this paper describes the overall planning and implementation of ideas and innovative points,in order to accumulate experience in nuclear power plant core system retrofit,to form good experience feedback among the same type of power plants.
