核电厂格栅鼓网压差计堵塞处理措施探讨

Discussion on Treatment Measures for Blockage of Grid/Drum Differential Pressure Gauge in Nuclear Power Plant

核电厂格栅/鼓网的压差计不仅对于监视设备是否堵塞有重要作用,而且压差高信号也参与控制格栅除污机动作和鼓网电机的高低速运转,从而清除海水流道中的杂物。然而,格栅/鼓网的压差计自从投运以来,长期处于测量不准确的状态,不能真实反映格栅和鼓网前后压力差,从而导致格栅除污机和鼓网就地控制柜长期放置在手动控制状态,不能满足系统设计的自动运行,同时也导致报警频发,不利于控制人员对于系统运行情况的真实把握和监视。本文通过对压差计工作原理的研究和对现场实际勘察,详细分析了两种应对压力计套筒泥沙堵塞措施所存在的问题,为后续冲洗系统设计改进提供了依据,为处理同类型问题提供了借鉴。

The differential pressure gauge of grid/drum screen not only plays an important role in monitoring whether the equipment is blocked.However,it has been in an inaccurate state for a long time,which can not truly reflect the pressure difference.Through the analysis of the working principle of the differential pressure gauge and the actual investigation on the site,this paper analyzes the problems existing in two kinds of measures to deal with the sediment blockage of the pressure gauge sleeve,which provides the basis for the design improvement of the subsequent flushing system and provides a reference for dealing with the same type of problems.
