摘要
核电厂数字化仪控设备是核电厂的神经中枢,其作用是保证核电厂能够安全、可靠和有效运行。准确评估核电厂数字化仪控设备的寿命对于核电厂安全运行及运维策略的制定至关重要,一方面过于乐观地评估仪控设备寿命,可能由于设备“寿末期”的频繁失效而影响核电厂的可用性,从而影响安全运行;过于保守地评估仪控设备寿命,可能由于过早的投入“备件设备”而加大核电厂运维成本,从而影响经济性。因此,如何准确、定量地评估并验证核电厂仪控设备寿命有着十分重要的意义。本文基于阿伦纽斯模型,提出了一种仪控设备加速寿命评估验证的方法,为行业践行仪控设备运行维护及备品备件管理策略研究提供参考。
Nuclear power plant digital I&C equipment is the nerve center of nuclear power plant,its role is to ensure the safety,reliability and effective operation of nuclear power plant.The accurate evaluation of the life of digital I&C equipment in nuclear power plants is very important for the safe operation of nuclear power plants and the formulation of operation and maintenance strategies.Too conservative assessment of I&C equipment life may increase the cost of operation and maintenance of nuclear power plants due to the premature investment of"spare parts equipment",thus affecting the economy.Therefore,it is very important to evaluate and verify the instrument life of nuclear power plant accurately and quantitatively.Based on the Arrhenius model,this paper proposes a method of accelerated life evaluation and verification of I&C equipment,which provides reference for the industry to carry out operation and maintenance of I&C equipment and study on spare parts management strategy.
