高温耐辐照电机用硅钢片辐照试验研究

摘要 在表面喷涂以ZrO2为主的绝缘涂层的硅钢片,用于高温耐辐照电机内。通过在泳池式轻水反应堆D10孔道内,开展堆内高温辐照试验。辐照试验在240℃和500℃下进行,辐照装置内充满氦气(He)、绝对压力值为0.12Mpa,硅钢片受到中子/γ的照射,通过在线测量方式测量硅钢片样品的片间绝缘电阻。在辐照试验过程中,各组硅钢片具有较好的绝缘性能,而且绝缘电阻波动较小;对硅钢片绝缘性能进行比较,可以得出硅钢片在同一剂量水平下,温度对绝缘性能的影响较小,可以忽略不计;辐照后目测硅钢片,绝缘涂层无损伤;辐照后对硅钢片进行刮划和高处摔落,无裂纹和碎屑。试验证明,带ZrO2绝缘涂层的硅钢片在240℃和500℃高温下,绝缘性能和机械性能良好,且绝缘性能基本不受温度影响,可用于高温耐辐照电机中。 The surface of silicon steel sheet is sprayed with ZrO2 based insulating coating,and the silicon steel sheet for high temperature radiation resistant motor is developed.High temperature irradiation test was carried out in D10 channel of LWR.The irradiation test is carried out at 240℃and 500℃,the irradiation device is filled with helium,the absolute pressure value is 0.12Mpa,the silicon steel sheet is irradiated by neutron andγ,and the insulation resistance of silicon steel sheet is measured online.In the process of irradiation test,each group of silicon steel sheet has better insulation performance,and the fluctuation of insulation resistance is small;compared with its insulation performance,it is concluded that the temperature of silicon steel sheet has a great influence on the insulation performance at the same dose level;after irradiation,the visual inspection of silicon steel sheet shows that the insulation coating is not damaged;after irradiation,the silicon steel sheet has no bending crack and good adsorption.
