摘要 补油泵伺服电机作为机电静压伺服机构(EMA)的动力源,与柱塞泵配套使用构成补油伺服电机泵。伺服电机泵在工作过程中一直浸入航空液压油中,而伺服电机在运行过程除了电机固有的铜损耗、铁心损耗以及机械损耗,转子还会与油液搅动产生搅油损耗。由于液压油油液粘度较空气大得多,因此与传统在空气介质中运行的伺服电机相比,补油泵电机在运行过程中随着电机转子运行速度的增加,转子搅油损耗也占了电机总损耗相当大的比重,当伺服电机泵转子达到高转速时,补油泵电机转子的搅油损耗则占电机空载损失的较大比重,因此需要精确计算补油泵用伺服电机的搅油损耗。本文首先采用理论解析对高速浸油伺服电机的损耗进行推导,然后采用仿真分析以及样机试验对解析理论分析的有效性进行验证。 Servo motor can be used with plunger pump as slippage servo motor pump when permanent magnet servo motor(PMSM)act as source of power of EMA.Servo motor pump is always dipped into the aviation hydraulic oil which lead to the stir loss beside the copper loss,core loss and menchanical loss.Due to the dynamic viscosity of aviation hydraulic oil greater than the air,thus comparing with the motor operating in the air,the stir loss of the motor in the servo motor pump will be taking over more proportion in all loss with the high speed.Therefore it is important to refined calculate the stir loss of servo motor.The paper firstly derivated the loss of PMSM,and then verified the availability through simulation and experiment.
