摘要
为了抑制永磁直驱风力发电系统中变流器中点电位波动及IGBT关断过电压,引入了双钳位三电平变流器结构,分别提出了整流和逆变状态下双钳位三电平变流器中点电位和钳位电容电压平衡控制方法。推导出了双钳位三电平整流器和永磁同步电机数学模型,给出了双钳位机侧变流器和网侧变流器控制方法。最后,采用Matlab搭建了系统仿真模型,并基于模拟风电系统进行了实验,结果均证实了研究内容的正确性。
In order to suppress the fluctuation of neutral point potential and IGBT switching off over-voltage in the permanent magnet direct drive wind power generation system,the double clamp three-level converter structure was introduced.The balance control methods of neutral point potential and clamp capacitance of the double clamp three-level converter in the rectifier and inverter state were proposed respectively.The mathematical models of double clamp three-level rectifier and permanent magnet synchronous motor were derived,and the control structures of double clamp machine side converter and grid side converter were given.Finally,the simulation model of the system was built by Matlab,and experiments were carried out based on the simulation wind power system.The results confirmed the correctness of the research content.
