海洋环境下三防密闭机柜的综合防护设计 被引量:2

摘要 海洋环境下的电子设备要经受比内陆严酷得多的工作环境,易受到高潮湿、高盐雾、高霉菌的不良环境因素的影响而导致性能降低、失效,甚至损坏,因此电子设备机柜的三防设计尤为重要,也是能否为电子设备营造良好工作环境和安全防护措施的关键。通过电子设备机柜的三防设计、电磁屏蔽设计等,提出了一种多层综合防护技术在电子设备机柜中应用的解决方案。通过选用耐腐蚀材料、耐霉性材料,优化密闭性设计、散热设计、电磁屏蔽设计等,成功实现了电子设备机柜的三防及屏蔽功能。新型三防密闭机柜解决了密闭柜体温度控制、电磁屏蔽与三防多层面综合防护设计、金属构件复合表面防护工艺等多项关键技术。经过盐雾试验、气密性试验、温湿度试验后,机柜未出现锈点,气密性良好,达到Ⅱ级气密等级,机柜内温度平稳,设备运行正常。环境试验结果表明,新型机柜满足恶劣海洋环境下军用电子设备的使用需求。 The electronic equipment in the marine environment had a much harsher working environment than that in inland,and it was easy to be affected by the adverse environmental factors of high humidity,high salt spray,and high mold,which resulted in performance degradation,failure or even damage.Therefore,the three-proof design of electronic equipment cabinets was particularly important,and it was also the key to creat a good working environment and safety protection measure for electronic equipment.Through the three-proof design and electromagnetic shielding design of the electronic equipment cabinet and so on,a solution for the application of multi-layer integrated protection technology in electronic equipment cabinets was proposed.By selecting corrosion-resistant and mildew-resistant materials,and optimizing airtightness design,heat dissipation design,and electromagnetic shielding design,the three-proof and shielding functions of electronic equipment cabinet had been successfully realized.The new three–proof airtight cabinet solved many key technologies such as temperature control of the airtight cabinet,electromagnetic shielding and three-proof integrated protection design,and surface protection technology of metal component.After the salt demand test,air tightness test,and temperature and humidity test,the cabinet had no rust spots,the air tightness was good,and the air tightness reached class II,the temperature in the cabinet was stable.The environment test results showed that the new cabinet met the needs of military electronic equipment in the harsh marine environment.
