摘要 目的观察NPC1L1抑制剂对冠心病患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法选择2018年4月—2019年10月经冠脉造影证实冠心病的患者160例随机分为两组,对照组80例,接受每日10 mg瑞舒伐他汀钙片调脂治疗,观察组80例,接受每日10 mg依折麦布和每日10 mg瑞舒伐他汀钙片联合治疗。观察两组患者治疗1年后血管内皮功能及颈动脉内中膜厚度的变化。结果观察组患者血管内皮功能指标血管细胞粘附分子-1(VCAM-1)和细胞间粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)血浆浓度低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者颈动脉内中膜厚度低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论NPC1l1抑制剂可以在他汀类药物的基础上改善内皮功能,减轻动脉粥样硬化。 Objective To observe the effect of NPC1L1 inhibitor on vascular endothelial function in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 160 patients with coronary heart disease confirmed by coronary angiography from April 2018 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group(80 cases)received lipid-lowering therapy with rosuvastatin calcium tablets 10 mg daily,and the observation group(80 cases)received combination therapy with ezetimibe 10 mg daily and rosuvastatin calcium tablets 10 mg daily.The changes of vascular endothelial function and carotid intima-media thickness were observed after 1 year of treatment.Results The plasma concentrations of VCAM-1 and ICAM-1 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the carotid intima-media thickness in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion NPC1L1 inhibitors can improve endothelial function and reduce atherosclerosis on the basis of statins.
