甘精胰岛素联合西格列汀治疗口服降糖药物控制效果不佳老年2型糖尿病的效果

Effect of Insulin Glargine Combined With Sitagliptin on Poorly Treated Elderly Patients With Type 2 Diabetes

目的讨论甘精胰岛素联合西格列汀治疗口服降糖药控制不佳老年2型糖尿病患者的疗效。方法本次研究选择2019年2月—2020年5月在本院接受治疗的50例口服降糖药物控制不佳的老年2型糖尿病患者,现以双盲法对所选样本分为对照组25例(接受西格列汀治疗)与研究组25例(接受甘精胰岛素联合西格列汀治疗),评价标准:疗效、血糖、胰岛功能、炎性因子指标。结果研究组疗效有效率96%高于对照组疗效有效率72%,P<0.05。患者血糖在干预前差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;研究组患者血糖在干预后低于对照组,P<0.05。患者胰岛功能在干预前差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;研究组患者胰岛功能在干预后低于对照组,P<0.05。患者炎性因子在干预前差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;研究组患者炎性因子在干预后低于对照组,P<0.05。结论甘精胰岛素联合西格列汀对口服降糖药控制不佳的老年2型糖尿病治疗疗效较好,利于有效稳定患者血糖水平,改善其胰岛功能,降低炎性因子水平。

Objective To discuss the efficacy of insulin glargine combined with sitagliptin in the treatment of poorly controlled elderly type 2 diabetes with oral hypoglycemic agents.Methods This study selected 50 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes who were treated in our hospital from February 2019 to May 2020 due to poor control of oral hypoglycemic drugs.The patients were divided into control group(25 cases)and study group(25 cases)by double-blind method.The evaluation criteria were:efficacy,blood glucose,islet function and inflammatory factors.Results The effective rate of 96%in the study group was higher than 72%in the control group,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in blood glucose before intervention,P>0.05;the blood glucose of the study group was lower than that of the control group after intervention,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in islet function before intervention,P>0.05;the islet function of study group was lower than that of control group after intervention,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in inflammatory factors before intervention,P>0.05;the inflammatory factors in the study group were lower than those in the control group after intervention,P<0.05.Conclusion nsulin glargine combined with sitagliptin has a good therapeutic effect on elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,which is not well controlled by oral hypoglycemic drugs.It is conducive to effectively stabilize the blood glucose level of patients,improve their islet function,and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
