摘要 装配式预应力混凝土小箱梁在20~40m跨径的桥梁结构中应用广泛。与传统钢内模和木内模相比,EPS材料永久性内模可缩短箱梁预制周期,保证箱梁施工质量。结合某工程实例,系统分析和阐述采用EPS内模的装配式预应力混凝土小箱梁施工工艺及技术要点,并从内模定位及变形控制、防止内模上浮、设置消能槽等方面提出施工质量控制措施,以期推广EPS永久性内模在混凝土箱梁中的应用。 Prefabricated prestressed concrete small box girder is widely used in bridge structures with spans of 20~40m.Compared with the traditional steel internal formwork and wood internal formwork,the permanent internal formwork made of EPS material can shorten the prefabrication period of the box girder and ensure the construction quality of the box girder.Combined with an engineering example,the paper analyzes and expounds in detail the construction technology and technical points of the prestressed concrete small box girder using EPS internal formwork.The construction quality control measures are proposed from the aspects of internal formwork positioning and deformation control,prevention of internal formwork floating,and setting of energy dissipation grooves,in order to promote the application of EPS permanent internal formwork in concrete box girder.
