摘要 桥梁伸缩缝施工质量的好坏直接影响桥梁耐久性及抵抗外界因素对其造成破坏的能力,传统的"后嵌式"施工工艺步骤多、操作繁琐、安装质量控制难,安装精度低。提出一种预埋装配式伸缩缝型钢悬吊调平定位施工方法,能有效保证预埋组件整体精准定位、安装牢固、不易变形,提高伸缩缝安装的平顺度及精准度。 The construction quality of bridge expansion joints directly affects the durability of the bridge and the ability to resist damage caused by external factors.The traditional“rear-embedded”construction process has many steps,cumbersome operation,difficult installation quality control,and low installation accuracy.A construction method for the leveling and positioning of the pre-embedded assembly type expansion joint steel suspension is proposed,which can effectively ensure the overall precise positioning of the embedded components,firm installation,and not easy to deform,and improve the smoothness and accuracy of the expansion joint installation.
