摘要
集落刺激因子-1受体又称巨噬细胞集落刺激因子受体(M-CSFR)或CD115,是单核吞噬细胞及其前体的生长调控因子,在中枢神经系统中能够直接参与小胶质细胞的分化及生长。然而,目前其作用机制、临床应用及安全性仍处于研究阶段。该文针对集落刺激因子-1受体在神经系统发育过程中的作用及与之相关神经退行性疾病进行综述,并阐述其在中枢神经系统常见肿瘤免疫微环境中发挥的作用,为后续研究及中枢神经系统疾病的免疫、基因治疗提供参考。
Colony-stimulating factor 1 receptor(CSF-1R),also known as macrophage colony stimulating factor receptor(M-CSFR)or CD115,is a growth regulator of mononuclear phagocytes and their precursors,which is directly involved in the differentiation and growth of microglia in the central nervous system(CNS).However,its action mechanisms,clinical application,and potential safety are still in the research stage.This article reviews the role of CSF-1R in the development of the CNS and related neurodegenerative dis⁃eases,and further explores the role of CSF-1R in the immune microenvironment of common CNS tumors,which seems to be useful for the follow-up research,immunization,and gene therapy.
