中国共产党历来高度重视党的政治纪律和政治规矩,形成了守纪律讲规矩的优良传统。古田会议是中国共产党及其领导的军队发展史上一次具有深远影响的政治工作会议。古田会议通过的《中国共产党红军第四军第九次代表大会决议案》(即《古田会议决议》)是土地革命战争时期党内的重要法规文献。古田会议和《古田会议决议》是严肃政治纪律和政治规矩的典范,新时期加强党的政治建设,仍需从《古田会议决议》中汲取政治营养。严肃政治纪律与政治规矩,目的在于解决不讲规矩的问题,具体的方法在于开展伟大斗争、开展思想政治教育和加强制度建设。

The CPC has always attached great importance to the Party’s political discipline and rules,and has formed a fine tradition of abiding by discipline and rules.The Gutian Congress was a political work conference with far-reaching influence in the development history of the CPC and the army under its leadership.The Resolution of the Ninth Congress of the CPC in the Fourth Army of the Red Army adopted in the congress(i.e.,the Gutian Congress Resolution)was an important legal document within the Party in the Agrarian Revolutionary War period.The Gutian Congress and the Gutian Congress Resolution have set a model for strengthening political discipline and rules.To strengthen the political construction of the Party in the new era,we still need to draw political nutrition from the Gutian Congress Resolution.The purpose of strengthening political discipline and rules is to solve the problem of non-observance of rules by carrying out great struggles,carrying out ideological and political education and strengthening institution building.
