A Review of the Studies in Strengthening Party Self-governance in the New Era

全面从严治党是新时代推进党的建设新的伟大工程的必然要求。近年来,学术界围绕全面从严治党的逻辑理路、基本内涵、鲜明特征、重大意义与实现路径等问题展开了深入研究,成果较为丰硕。但现有文献多为理论描述和逻辑推演,微观研究和实证研究较少,对现存问题与不足审视不够,且研究方法单一,研究内容和视野有待拓宽,亟须反思和总结。需要学者深刻总结全面从严治党的宝贵经验,聚焦党的建设方面的薄弱之处,加强个案研究与实证研究,深化对全面从严治党框架体系、基础概念、实践制约因素、制度建设等方面的研究;要拓宽研究视野与研究领域,加强与其他学科的比较研究,实现系统化研究。

Strengthening Party self-governance is a necessary requirement for advancing the great new project of Party building in the new era.In recent years,the academic circle has carried out in-depth research on the logical path,basic connotation,distinctive features,great significance and realization path of strengthening Party self-governance and achieved fruitful results.However,the existing literature is mainly focused on theoretical description and logical deduction,while micro and empirical studies are seldom done.The existing problems and deficiencies are not examined enough,and diverse research methods need to be applied,and the research content and vision need to be broadened.So it is in an urgent need to reflect on and summarize the studies in this field.Scholars need to summarize the valuable experiences of strengthening Party self-governance,focus on the weaknesses in party building,strengthen case studies and empirical studies,and deepen the research on the framework system,basic concepts,practical constraints,and institutional construction of strengthening Party self-governance.It is necessary to broaden the perspective and field of research,strengthen the comparison with other disciplines,and realize systematic research.
