基于PDFF速度调节器的PMLSM无差拍电流预测控制

摘要 针对电磁弹射用永磁同步直线电机控制系统动态响应速度快、抗干扰能力强的需求,传统永磁同步直线电机PI控制系统无法满足控制需要的现状,本文设计了具有高动态性能、强鲁棒性的速度-电流双闭环控制系统。在转速环引入伪微分前馈-反馈调节器,电流环采用无差拍电流预测控制,同时为消除永磁同步直线电机参数失配以及外部扰动造成的电流波动,设计了扩张状态观测器对扰动进行观测,并对电压参考值进行补偿,提升了系统的鲁棒性和动态响应能力。最后利用Matlab/Simulink仿真验证了设计的可行性,设计的系统相较于传统PI速度调节器电流预测控制系统动态响应速度更快、抗干扰能力更强。 Since the demand of high dynamic performance and strong anti-interference of PMLSM control system for electromagnetic launch,the traditional PI controller cannot met the needs,so Pseudo derivative feedforward-feedback regulator was proposed in the speed loop.A dead-beat predictive current controller with extended state observer was applied to the current loop.The ESO observed the disturbance and compensated the voltage reference value.The design of control system was verified by Matlab/Simulink.Compared with the system based on the traditional PI controller,the system in this paper has faster dynamic response speed and stronger anti-interference ability.
