摘要
为了提高牵引电机定子并头感应钎焊质量,对定子并头夹紧方式与钎料填充方式进行工艺优化,并通过试验验证对比分析不同夹紧方式、不同钎料填充方式条件下定子并头感应钎焊的性能,确定质量较优的定子并头感应钎焊工艺。
In order to improve the quality of induction brazing of the stator parallel head for traction motor,the clamping method and filler metal filling method of the stator parallel joint were optimized,the performance of induction brazing of stator parallel joint under different clamping and filler metal filling conditions was compared and analyzed,and the best induction brazing technology was determined.
