摘要
天天洗衣从2013年开始国家级服务业试点建设,到2019年以优异成绩通过考核验收。本文以天天洗衣国家级服务业标准化试点建设为例,分析其建设过程和特点,总结试点建设成效和经验,指出存在的问题及对策,以期为服务业企业开展标准化建设提供借鉴与启发。
Tiantianxiyi started the pilot construction of national service industry in 2013, and passed the examination and acceptance with excellent results in 2019. Taking the national service standardization pilot construction as an example, this paper analyzes the construction process and characteristics, and sum up its results and experience, then points out the existing problems and countermeasures, so as to provide reference and inspiration for service companies to carry out standardization construction.
