摘要
国内百万火电机组主厂房布置格局大多采用常规四列式、三列式布置,为节约投资,提高电厂竞争力,减少主厂房占地,降低工程造价,因地制宜,对主厂房布置模块组合优化,合并汽机房与除氧间,采用侧煤仓布置,通过调整设备位置和优化管道布置,减少主厂房占地和体积,节约投资。经过安装、调试和多年的安全运行和大小修验证,两列式布置合理压缩主厂房体积,布置紧凑美观,主通道、巡检通道畅通,满足运行维护要求,在国内有逐渐推广趋势。
In order to save investment,improve the competitiveness of power plants,reduce the land occupied by the main power house,reduce the project cost,and adapt to local conditions,the layout of the main power house of million thermal power units in China mostly adopts the conventional four-row and three-row layout,the main plant layout module combination optimization,merge the steam engine room and deaerator room,the use of side coal bunker layout,by adjusting the location of equipment and optimizing pipeline layout,reduce the main plant occupation and volume,save investment.After installation,debugging and many years of safe operation and large and small repair verification,two-row layout reasonable compression of the main plant volume,layout compact and beautiful,the main channel,inspection channel smooth,to meet the operation and maintenance requirements,there is a growing trend in China.
