电网企业综合能源服务转型策略研究

Research on Transformation Strategy of Comprehensive Energy Services for Power Grid Enterprises

近年来,我国能源产业随着社会经济和科技的发展发生着翻天覆地的变化,逐渐由传统的“重资产、项目型”模式向“轻资产、信息化”模式转变,因此,在当前电力体制改革和供给侧结构性调整的新形势下,电网企业加快向综合能源服务转型的步伐是适应现代化需求和发展的必然选择。基于此,文章从电网企业向综合能源服务转型的背景及必要性着手,结合SWTO分析法对电网企业向综合能源服务转型的进行可行性分析,进而提出电网企业综合能源服务转型的有效策略。

In recent years,with the development of social economy and science and technology,China’s energy industry is undergoing earth shaking changes,gradually changing from the traditional“heavy assets,project-based”mode to the“light assets,information”mode.Therefore,in the current new situation of power system reform and supply side structural adjustment,it is necessary for power grid enterprises to accelerate the pace of transformation to comprehensive energy services The demand of modernization and the inevitable choice of development.Based on this,this paper starts from the background and necessity of the transformation of power grid enterprises to comprehensive energy services,analyzes the feasibility of the transformation of power grid enterprises to comprehensive energy services combined with SWTO analysis method,and then studies and discusses the effective strategies of the transformation of power grid enterprises to comprehensive energy services.
