面向生活圈空间绩效的社区公共绿地布局优化——基于上海中心城区的实证研究

Layout Optimization of Community Public Green Space under the Guidance of Spatial Performance in Life Circle Level——An Empirical Study Based on Shanghai Central City

通过社区公共绿地空间绩效研究对已有的社区公共绿地布局在城市空间结构中的合理性进行评判。以上海市中心城区为例,从空间、数量和规模3个维度探讨了社区公共绿地空间绩效,通过对3个维度空间绩效测评结果进行深入分析,识别出上海中心城区低绩效的生活圈及其绩效低下的主要问题,以此为依据,最终从地域、规划对象和规划指标3个方面讨论社区公共绿地的布局优化。

Through the research on the spatial performance of community public green space,the rationality of the existing community public green space layout in the urban spatial structure is judged.Taking the central city of Shanghai as an example,the spatial performance of community public green space was explored from the three dimensions of accessibility,quantity and size.Through an in-depth analysis of the spatial performance evaluation results of the three dimensions,the low-performance life circle of Shanghai central city and the main problem of low performance were identified.Based on the results of spatial performance,the layout optimization of community public green space from the three aspects of region,planning objects and planning indicators were finally discussed.
