Research on the Installation of Petrochemical Pipelines in Modular Construction

随着石化行业国际化进程的快速发展,传统施工方法已不能满足其当前快速发展需求,随着新施工方法的出现,传统施工方法逐渐被代替。模块化施工叫在增强预制深度、减少现场安装、缩短工期、降本增效等方面的优势已在各国际性项目中显露头角,这给石化行业的发展带来质的飞跃。基于此,本文分析了在中海油某项目中模块化施工所遇到的问题,以期为类似施工提供参考。

With the rapid development of the petrochemical industry's internationalization process,traditional construction methods can no longer meet its current rapid development needs.With the emergence of new construction methods,traditional construction methods are gradually being replaced.Modular construction,the advantages of enhancing the depth of prefabrication,reducing on-site installation,shortening the construction period,reducing costs and increasing efficiency have emerged in various international projects,which has brought a qualitative leap in the development of the petrochemical industry.Based on this,this article analyzes the problems encountered in modular construction in a CNOOC project in order to provide a reference for similar construction.
