摘要
为了解决友众煤业主要大巷单轨吊线路与架空乘人装置同巷布置时,单轨吊系统与架空乘人装置无法相互闭锁的难题,以单轨吊机械挡车装置的控制方式为探索点,通过架空乘人装置运行状态、机械挡车装置触发动作等一系列技术创新,研究了单轨吊智能挡车装置。应用效果表明,单轨吊智能型挡车装置在技术应用方面具备可行性,在成本投入上具有经济性,在生产使用中实现了智能化减人、科技化替人的目的。
In order to solve the problem that the monorail crane system and the over head passenger device cannot be interlocked when the two devices are arranged in the same roadway lane in the main road of Youzhong Coalmine,the control method of the monorail crane mechanical car blocking device is analyzed.Through a series of technological innovations such as the operating state of the overhead passenger device and the triggering action of the mechanical blocking device,the intelligent blocking device of the monorail crane has been studied.
