我国区域高校图书馆西文期刊保障体系实证研究——以华东五校图书情报学为例

An Empirical Study on the Guarantee System of Western Literaturein Regional University Libraries in China——Taking the Information and Library Science of the Five Schools in East China as an Example

利用引文分析法,对2018—2020年我国图书情报学领域被Web of Science来源期刊收录论文进行引文统计,总结引文类型、来源及出版商,以华东五校图书馆西文电子期刊馆藏为例,分析我国华东区域高校图书馆针对西文文献信息资源的保障现状。研究表明,华东五校图书馆的图书情报学领域西文期刊文献保障率较高,但各图书馆资源建设重点不同。由此提出从学科建设出发,以点带面、以面带片完善西文文献资源保障体系等建议。

This paper analyzes the citations of papers in the field of information and library science in China that have been included in the source journals of Web of Science from 2018-2020 by using citation analysis method,summarizes the types,sources and publishers of the citations,and analyzes the status quo of the literature guarantee of university libraries against western literature information resources by taking the libraries of five schools in east China as an example.The study shows that in east China,the guarantee rate of foreign literature in the field of information and library science is relatively high,but the focuses of library resources construction are different in each university.Therefore,suggestions are put forward to improve the guarantee system of foreign language resources by starting from discipline construction.
