以抗日战争时期厦门大学图书馆的危机应对事例为研讨对象,通过搬迁历程、在汀发展以及胜利复员三个方面的回顾,追溯厦门大学图书馆内迁长汀这一历史事件,归纳分析与此紧密关联的一系列举措,探寻其中蕴含的应急管理之道。厦门大学图书馆内迁长汀是危机应对的成功案例,给当下新冠疫情的应对提供诸多启益,无论是应急预案的制定、应急服务的开展,还是应急人文关怀的关注,都可以溯本求源,同时也为高校图书馆未来的应急管理提供有益的借鉴。

Taking the crisis response of Xiamen University library during and after the period of Anti-Japanese War as the research object,this paper traces back the historical event of Xiamen University library s relocation to Changting County through the review of the process of relocation,the development in Changting and the successful demobilization to Xiamen.It then summarizes and analyzes a series of measures and explores the way of emergency management as well.The relocation to Changting County is a successful case of crisis response,which provides much valuable experience for the responses to the COVID-19 epidemic,including the formulation of emergency plans,the development of emergency services and the concern of humanistic emergency care.It also provides the university libraries beneficial reference of emergency management in the future.
