摘要
水准仪在使用过程因为内部与外界环境条件(温度、湿度、震动)的变化,使固定十字丝的v形槽中的弹簧变形导致出现i角误差。目前,外校i角基本通过两种方法进行调试:第一种为平行光管法,但是平行光管仪器设备成本高;第二种是通过现场调试,但现场调试需多人野外操作,受外界环境影响严重。相比之下,从经济和环境保护的角度来看,创新研发和生产精密光学一级角快速标定系统具有明显的优势和推广潜力。该装置主要运用连通器原理,通过直角三角形几何关系计算得出i角,再通过螺丝钉校准,消除i角,解决仪器误差。
On account of the variation of environmental conditions both internal and external(temperature,humidity,vibration),the spring in the V-shaped groove fixing the cross wire deforms,resulting in I Angle error during the use of the level.At present,almost all the inspection and calibration of I angles at home and abroad are performed by parallel optical pipes or field debugging.The equipment of parallel optical pipes is expensive,and field debugging requires many people to operate in the field,which is seriously affected by the external environment.Compared with this,the precision optical level I Angle quick check system innovatively researched and produced from the perspective of economy and environmental protection has obvious advantages and promotion potential.The device mainly uses the principle of the communicator,the right triangle inverse Angle principle to quickly and conveniently find the I Angle,and then rotate the position of the screw above the V-shaped slot,screw in or screw out,eliminate the I Angle,to solve the device error.
