基于关键层理论的8m大采高工作面矿压规律研究 被引量:8

摘要 根据关键层理论,对8m特大采高综采工作面矿压规律进行预测,通过对现场实际矿压显现情况与预测矿压情况进行分析研究,结果表明:预测平均周期来压步距9.15m,实际8.5m;预测周期来压步距L周<5m、5m≤L周<10m、10m≤L周<15m、15m≤L周分别占比12.5%、52.08%、31.25%、4.17%,实际占比16.38%、54.55%、23.64%、5.45%,吻合度高;预测煤层上覆各关键层先后折断,部分相邻周期来压之间无明显区分,导致工作面带压距离长,周期来压步距4~19m,实际工作面存在大、小周期来压,来压步距2.7~18m,与现场实际情况相符;可根据关键层理论对特大采高工作面矿压规律进行预测预报。 Based on the key strata theory,the mine pressure law of 8.0m high-cutting fully mechanized mining face is predicted.The predicted pressure law and actual situation are compared.The result shows,the predicted periodic weighting interval is 9.15m,and the actual interval is 8.5m.It is also predicted that L<5m,5m≤L<9m,9m≤L<15m,15m≤L account for 12.5%,52.08%,31.25%,and 4.17%,respectively,and the actual proportions are 16.38%,54.55%,23.64%,and 5.45%.It is predicted the overlying key layers breaks successively,and there is no obvious distinction between some periodic periods,resulting in long distance of stressed working face;in fact,there are large and small periods of pressure on the working face,the predicted periodic weighting distance is 4~19m and the actual periodic weighting distance is 2.7~18m.The prediction is consistent with the actual situation,which indicates the key strata theory can be used to predict the mine pressure law of 8m high-cutting working face.
