摘要
以阳煤二矿南风井井口防冻应用整体式热管换热技术为例,根据井口防冻热负荷和矿井回风余热的供热能力,对热管换热器基本参数和热管阻力进行了设计计算。经过统计一个采暖季的数据,分析了典型工况下矿井回风、新风在换热前后的温度变化情况。结果表明:应用热管换热技术可以满足井口防冻的热需求,当最低温度-15℃接近设计最低值时,进风温度2.2℃也能达到预期目标。
Taking the application of integrated heat pipe heat exchanging in the south wind shaft of Yangmei No.2 Mine as an example,the basic parameters of the heat pipe heat exchanger and the resistance of the heat pipe are designed and calculated according to the heat load of the wellhead and the heat supply capacity of the mine return air waste heat.After counting the data of a heating season,the temperature changes of mine return air and fresh air before and after heat exchange under typical working conditions are analyzed.The results show that the application of heat pipe heat exchanging can meet the heat demand of wellhead antifreeze.When the outdoor temperature is-15℃which is close to the design minimum value,the inlet air temperature is 2.2℃that reaches the expected target.
