浅埋综采工作面覆岩裂隙发育及漏风规律研究 被引量:18

摘要 浅埋煤层煤炭开采过程中,上覆岩层发生全厚切落产生垂直裂隙,使工作面、采空区出现漏风现象,威胁矿井的生产安全。为了分析该类地质条件煤层开采上覆岩层裂隙发育及漏风特征,基于南梁煤矿30100工作面实际地质条件,对30100工作面开采过程中的裂隙发展进行还原,通过物理相似模拟实验对采空区裂隙进行模拟演化,揭示了该类煤层开采过程中覆岩导气裂隙的发育规律过程,同时进一步采取数值模拟验证,提出了采取封堵防治措施可有效减少工作面漏风,并确定了封堵的粘滞阻力、距离、施工周期等参数,具有较高的可行性。 During the mining of shallow coal seams,full-stratum cutting of the overburden produces vertical fissures,and causes air leakage in the working face and goaf,which threatens the mine production.In order to analyze the fracture development and air leakage characteristics of overburden strata in this type of geological conditions,based on the geological conditions of the 30100 working face of Nanliang Coal Mine,the cracks development during the working face mining was restored,and the cracks evolution in the goaf was simulated through physical similar simulation,and the development law and process of gas conduction cracks during mining is revealed,which is verified by numerical simulation.It is pointed out that the sealing measures can effectively reduce the air leakage of the working face,and the parameters such as the viscosity resistance,distance and period of the sealing construction are determined.
