乡村振兴下激活传统村落民居再利用的途径与方法

Approaches and Methods to Activate the Recycling of Traditional Village Dwellings From the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

指出了传统村落民居是文化传承的载体,但现阶段传统村落民居利用率较低,提高利用率是目前研究的重要课题,也是促进乡村经济的重要途径。以典型传统村落民居作为研究对象,在实地调研分析传统村落民居现状的基础上,总结提出了将传统村落民居激活后再利用作为教育利用、旅居利用和生产利用的三种途径和方法,并阐述了对其的前景展望。最终采用文化价值与经济价值相结合的思路,推动乡村产业发展,以达到保留文化脉络和促进乡村振兴的目的。

Traditional village dwellings are carriers of cultural inheritance,but the utilization rate of traditional village dwellings is low at the present stage.To improve the utilization rate is an important subject of current research,and also an important way to promote rural economy.In this paper,the typical traditional village dwellings were taken as the research object.On the basis of field investigation and analysis of the current situation of traditional village dwellings,it summed up the activation of traditional village dwellings as the use of education,residential use and production use of three ways and methods,and described the prospect.Finally,the idea of combining cultural value with economic value is adopted to promote the development of rural industries,so as to retain the cultural context and promote rural revitalization.
