不同净能水平日粮对育肥猪生长性能、背膘厚度及眼肌面积的影响 被引量:2

The effect of different net energy levels on growth performance,backfat thickness and lion-eye area of finishing pigs

摘要 试验研究不同净能水平日粮对育肥猪生长、背膘及眼肌面积的影响。选择420头(38.5±0.5)kg丹系三元育肥猪,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复14头猪,公、母各半。试验A、B、C、D、E组饲粮净能水平分别为9.84、10.05、10.26、10.46和10.67 MJ/kg,预试期7 d,正式试验期97 d。结果显示,A组育肥猪0~97 d的平均日采食量显著高于E组(P<0.05)。A组、B组育肥猪0~97 d的料重比显著高于D组、E组(P<0.05),且A组显著高于C组(P<0.05)。A组均重110 kg育肥猪的眼肌面积显著高于E组(P<0.05)。A组、B组均重130 kg育肥猪的眼肌面积显著高于E组(P<0.05)。A组均重110 kg育肥猪的背膘厚度显著低于D组、E组(P<0.05)。A组130 kg育肥猪的背膘显著低于D组、E组(P<0.05)。试验表明,净能为9.84 MJ/kg日粮可以明显提高平均日采食量、眼肌面积,并且降低背膘厚度。 The experiment studied the effect of different net energy levels on growth performance,backfat thickness and lion-eye area of finishing pigs.420 danish three-way cross finishing pigs(38.5±0.5)kg were divided into five groups with six replicates in each group and 14 pigs in each replicates.The net energy levels of group A,B,C,D and E were 9.84,10.05,10.26,10.46 and 10.67 MJ/kg respectively.The pre-trial period was 7 d,and formal period was 97 d.The results showed that the daily feed intake of group A was significantly higher than that of group E(P<0.05).The feed-meat ratio of group A and B in 0~97 d was significantly higher than those of group D and E(P<0.05),and group A significantly higher than group C(P<0.05).The lion-eye area with average weight of 110 kg in group A was remarkably higher than group E(P<0.05),and the lion-eye area with average weight of 130 kg in group A and B was higher than group E(P<0.05).The backfat thickness with average weight of 110 kg in group A was remarkably higher than group D and E(P<0.05),and the backfat thickness with average weight of 130 kg in group A was higher than group D and E(P<0.05).The experiment indicated the diet with net energy of 9.84 MJ/kg could significantly increase the daily feed intake,lioneye area,and reduce the backfat thickness in the experiment.
