摘要
为提高新型锤片式饲料粉碎机的筛分效率,现利用EDEM-Fluent耦合法对该机进行数值模拟。先对EDEM和Fluent耦合计算筛分效率的准确性进行试验验证,再分别模拟不同喂料速率、不同喂料量、不同回料管直径下粉碎机的筛分效率,分析粉碎过程中物料在该机内部的分布规律以及3种影响因素分别对应的筛分效率最大值。结果表明,物料颗粒在分离装置内总体上呈外密内疏的状态,喂料速率、喂料量以及回料管直径影响粉碎机筛分效率。3次数值模拟得出喂料速率、喂料量、回料管直径分别为0.75 kg/s、4 kg、50 mm时,筛分效率最高,分别为80.00%、79.75%、81.00%。
In order to improve the screening efficiency of the new hammer type feed mill,the EDEM-Fluent coupling method is now used to simulate the machine.First,the accuracy of the EDEM and Fluent coupling calculation of the screening efficiency is tested and verified.The sieving efficiency of the pulverizer under different feed rates,different feeding amounts and different diameters of return pipes simulated separately,analysis of the distribution of materials inside the machine during the smashing process,and the maximum sieving efficiency corresponding to the three influencing factors.The results show that the material particles in the separation device are generally dense outside and sparse inside.The feeding rate,feeding amount and the diameter of the return pipe affect the screening efficiency of the crusher.The simulation results of three times value show that when the feeding rate,feeding amount,and return pipe diameter are 0.75 kg/s,4 kg and 50 mm,respectively,the screening efficiency is the highest,which are 80.00%,79.75%and 81.00%,respectively.
