摘要
高职院校通过校企合作、产教融合开展混合所有制办学,已经成为职业教育突破办学困境、激发办学活力的重要路径之一.经过一段时间的探索与实践,一些职业院校办学成效初现.但在实际运行与管理过程中,仍存在一些问题,诸如运行机制不够完善、动力机制驱动不足、约束机制效果不佳等.为进一步完善管理机制,提升育人成效,可制定实施细则,细化运行机制;三方驱动,完善动力机制;加大监管力度,强化约束机制效用.
Mixed ownership in vocational colleges is crucial to break through the dilemma and stimulate the vitality.Achievements have been made after explorations,but such problems still remain as the inefficiency of operation and restraints,and inadequacy of the motivation.Hence,countermeasures are proposed to improve the management mechanism and quality of education by establishing rules and strengthening of supervision.
