摘要
为提升常压法气相淬冷三聚氰胺生产技术,降低工艺参数波动对生产造成的影响,本文以三聚氰胺反应机理为技术支撑,针对装置反应器、热气冷却器、结晶器等主要关键设备,总结出改进思路和方法,并进行了对比分析。
In order to improve the technology of melamine production using vapor phase quenching and cooling process under atmospheric pressure and reduce the impact of process parameter fluctuation on production,this paper summarizes the improvement ideas and methods with the technical support of melamine reaction mechanism,targeting the main key equipment such as reactor,hot gas cooler and crystallizer of the unit,and conducts a comparative analysis.
