本文分析了某高新技术园区一企业的原水、循环水、脱盐水、排污水等水系统处理过程中存在的问题和缺点,并针对问题提出了新的技术改造思路和工艺流程,设计了浅脱盐水的使用。改造投用后,企业排污水减少了72%,原水费、排污费减少了384万元/a,带来良好的社会效益和经济效益。

This paper analyzes the problems and defects in the treatment process of raw water,circulating water,desalinated water,and sewage systems of an enterprise in a high-tech park,and proposes new technical transformation ideas and technological processes for the problems,and designs the use of shallow desalination water.After the renovation and commissioning,the wastewater discharged by the enterprise was reduced by 72%,and the raw water fee and sewage discharge fee were reduced by 3.84 million yuan per year,which brought very good social and economic benefits.
