卧式多级泵回流减压器装置的应用

Application of backflow pressure reducer device of horizontal multistage pump

文章介绍卧式多级泵工作流量小于泵运行连续最小流量时,引起泵振动噪音的情况下,增加回流减压器装置,使泵出口流量分流一部分到进口,增加泵进口工作流量,达到泵运行最小流量,减少泵振动和噪音。

This paper introduces that when the working flow of the horizontal multi-stage pump is less than the continuous minimum flow of pump,which causes the vibration and noise of pump,the backflow pressure reducer device is added to divide part of pump outlet flow to inlet,and pump inlet working flow increases to achieve pump minimum operation flow,then pump vibration and noise are reduced.
