单纯性肥胖儿童血清25羟维生素D3及TSH水平分析 被引量:5

An analysis of serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D and TSH levels in simple obese children

摘要 目的分析单纯性肥胖儿童的25羟维生素D3[25(OH)D3]和TSH水平以及两者的关系。方法比较单纯性肥胖儿童(观察组,91例)和正常体重儿童(对照组,36例)血清25(OH)D3及TSH水平。分析观察组不同肥胖儿童血清25(OH)D3和TSH水平的相关性。结果两组儿童血清25(OH)D3均存在不同程度的降低;观察组血清25(OH)D3水平低于对照组(P<0.05),而血清TSH水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组轻中度肥胖儿童25(OH)D3与TSH水平无明显相关性(P>0.05),但重度肥胖儿童25(OH)D3与TSH水平呈正相关(r=0.360,P<0.05)。结论单纯性肥胖儿童存在血清25(OH)D3水平降低和TSH水平升高,二者在重度肥胖儿童中存在正相关关系。 Objective To analyze the serum levels of 25-hydroxy vitamin D3 and TSH and their relationship in simple obese children.Methods Serum levels of 25-hydroxy vitamin D3 and TSH were compared between simple obese children(group A,91 cases) and the children without obasity(group B,36 cases).The correlation of serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D3 level and TSH content in the children with different degrees of obesity in group A was analyzed.Results The decrease of serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D3 and TSH levels existed in different degrees in both groups.Serum level of 25-hydroxy vitamin D3 was lower,but TSH level was higher in group A than those in group B(P<0.05).There was no obvious correlation between serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D3 and TSH level in the children with mild to moderate obesity(P>0.05).Serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D3 level was positively correlated with TSH level in the children with severe obesity(P<0.05).Conclusion Simple obese children have lower serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D3 level and higher TSH level.There is an obvious positive correlation between serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D3 and TSH level in the children with severe obesity.
