1867年,美国防虐待动物协会首次使用救护车来救助一匹受伤的马。2013年起美国防虐待动物协会与纽约警察局展开合作,由此在纽约市诞生了特殊的“动物警察”,他们帮忙拯救了越来越多的动物。

The ASPCA was founded by Henry Bergh,an American diplomat.He had the idea of founding this society when he was working in Russia.He stopped a carriage driver from beating his horse.
