摘要
目的了解上海市宝山区白纹伊蚊幼虫对3种常用杀虫剂的抗药性现状,为合理选用灭蚊药物提供科学依据。方法采用幼虫浸渍法,测定3龄末4龄初的幼虫对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯和残杀威的半数致死浓度(LC50)、95%可信区间,毒力回归线和抗性倍数等。结果上海市宝山区白纹伊蚊对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯和残杀威的抗药性倍数分别为85.6倍、53.3倍及14.3倍。结论上海市宝山区白纹伊蚊幼虫对常用3种杀虫剂均产生了较高的抗药性,其中对高效氯氰菊酯和溴氰菊酯具有高抗性。
Objective To investigate the resistance of Aedes albopictus to 3 commonly used insecticides in Baoshan District of Shanghai.Methods Larva immersion method was employed in the investigation.The lethal concentration(LC50),95%confidence interval,virulence regression line and resistance ratios of larvae were determined.Results The resistance ratios of Aedes albopictus to beta-cypermethrin,deltamethrin and propoxur were 85.6,53.3 and 14.3 times respectively in Baoshan District of Shanghai.Conclusion The larvae of Aedes albopictus in Baoshan District of Shanghai have high resistance to three commonly used insecticides,among which cypermethrin and deltamethrin are highly resistant.
