摘要
以偏钒酸铵、木糖等为前驱体原料,采用碳热还原的方法制备出纳米VC晶须,利用SEM、TEM和XRD研究了卤化剂种类及用量对纳米VC晶须制备的影响。结果表明,在合成温度为1000℃、保温时间为2 h下,添加10%NaF作为卤化剂可制备出直径约100 nm、表面光滑、形貌较好的纳米VC晶须。对比6种卤化剂,NaF是制备VC晶须最理想的卤化剂。卤化剂的用量对纳米VC晶须制备有重要影响,NaF的最佳用量约为10%;NaF用量过少,无法促进VC晶须生长;NaF用量过多,则会抑制VC晶须生长。
Nano VC whiskers were prepared by using ammonium metavanadate,xylose,etc.as precursor materials with carbothermal reduction method.The effects of type and dosage of halogenation agents on the preparation of nano VC whiskers were studied by SEM,TEM and XRD.The results show that nano VC whiskers with about 100 nm diameter,smooth surface and good morphology can be prepared at 1000℃for 2 h by adding 10%NaF as the halogenation agent.NaF is the most ideal halogenation agent for preparing VC whiskers in six kinds of halogenation agents.The dosage of halogenation agents has an important influence on the preparation of nano VC whiskers.The optimal dosage of NaF is 10%.Too little NaF cannot promote the growth of VC whiskers,while too much NaF will inhibit the growth of VC whiskers.
