摘要
目的探讨程序化健康教育对肺癌化疗患者自我护理能力及生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年2月至2019年12月间山东省青岛市中心医院收治的80例肺癌化疗患者,采用随机抽签法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患者采用常规护理随访,观察组患者实施程序化健康教育护理,比较两组患者护理前后自我护理能力量表(ESCA)和生活质量量表(QOL)评分。结果护理后,两组患者ESCA评分均较护理前提升,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者QOL评分均较护理前提升,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论肺癌化疗患者采用程序化健康教育,可提高患者的自护能力和生活质量,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effects of programmed health education on self-care ability and quality of life in lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods From February 2018 to December 2019,80 patients with lung cancer receiving chemotherapy admitted to Qingdao Central Hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 40 patients in each.The observation group received programmed health education and the control group was followed up with routine care.Scores of exercise of self-care agencyscale(ESCA)for self-care ability and quality of life scale(QOL)for quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,ESCA and QOL scores increased in both groups with the observation group higher than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Programmed health education can improve self-care ability and quality of life in patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy.
