护士与临床药师合作对提高重症肿瘤患者静脉输注服务质量的应用效果

Efficacy of cooperation between nurses and clinical pharmacists in improving the quality of intravenous infusion services in patients with severe tumors

目的探讨护士与临床药师合作对提高重症肿瘤患者静脉输注服务质量的临床意义。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月间电子科技大学医学院附属肿瘤医院收治的接受静脉输注的80例重症肿瘤患者为观察组,另选取2016年1月至2017年12月间80例重症肿瘤患者为对照组。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用护士与临床药师合作护理方式,比较两组患者静脉输注一次成功率、投诉率和护理满意度。结果观察组患者静脉输注一次成功率为97.5%(78例),高于对照组的88.8%(71例);投诉率为0.0%(0例),低于对照组的5.0%(4例),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者总满意度为98.8%(79例),高于对照组的90.0%(72例),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士与临床药师合作,可有效提高重症肿瘤患者静脉输注服务质量,减少因专业知识不足、操作不当、医患沟通不足等原因带来的负面影响,促进肿瘤患者静脉输注的有效性和安全性。

Objective To explore the clinical significance of the cooperation between nurses and clinical pharmacists in improving the quality of intravenous infusion services in patients with severe tumors.Methods Eighty patients with severe tumors who were admitted to Cancer Hospital Affiliated to University of Electronic Science and Technology of China School of Medicine from January 2018 to December 2019 and received intravenous infusion were selected as the observation group,and another 80 patients with severe tumors were selected from January 2016 to December 2017 as the control group.The observation group was given nursing by cooperation between nurses and clinical pharmacists and the control group was given conventional nursing care.The difference in the success rate of intravenous infusion,complaint rate and patient satisfaction between the two groups was compared.Results The one-time success rate of intravenous infusion was 97.5%(78 patients)in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 88.8%(71 patients)of the control group;the complaint rate was 0 in the observation group,which was significantly lower than 5.0%(4 patients)of the control group(all P<0.05).The overall patient satisfaction was 98.8%(79 patients)in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 90.0%(72 patients)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The cooperation of nurses and clinical pharmacists can ef-fectively improve the quality of intravenous infusion services,reduce the negative impact caused by insufficient professional knowledge,improper operation,and insufficient communication between doctors and patients,and promote the effectiveness and safety of intravenous infusions in patients with severe tumors.
