实施课题牵动策略——推动哈尔滨市校长发展共同体建设

摘要 为应日益复杂的教育环境,促进教育质量向着更加优质、均衡的方向发展,哈尔滨市教育研究院提出以课题牵动策略,推动校长发展共同体建设之校长培训新模式。本文从校长发展共同体建设的现实基础、构建校长发展共同体实践策略的具体内容、落实课题研究的相关制度、聚焦问题与专业引领,助力校长培训生态体系建设等几个方面加以阐释。 In response to the increasingly complex education environment,and to promote the development of education quality towards a more high-quality and balanced direction,Harbin Institute of Education proposes a new model of principal training,which is to promote the construction of principal development community with the strategy of subject influence. In this paper,the realistic basis of the construction of the headmaster development community,the specific content of the construction of the practice strategy of the headmaster development community,the implementation of the relevant system of the research,the focus on problems and professional guidance,and the construction of the headmaster training ecosystem are explained.
