On Strengthening Teachers’ Psychological Construction in Post Epidemic Era

后疫情时代更需要加强教师心理建设。一方面,引导教师入心理门,开文化窗,帮助教师进行自我心理建设;另一方面,建立以人为本的管理观,创设温馨和谐的工作环境,加强对教师的心理服务,用温暖的人性化管理减轻教师心理压力,帮助教师更好地完成育人使命。

In the post epidemic era,it is necessary to strenthen the psychological construction of teachers.On the one hand,we should guide teachers into the psychological door,open the cultural window,and help teachers to carry out self psychological construction;on the other hand,we should establish a people-oriented management concept,create a warm and harmonious working environment,strengthen the psychological service for teachers,reduce the psychological pressure of teachers with warm and humanistic management,and help teachers better complete the mission of educating people.
