新课标下初中英语分层教学策略研究

摘要 英语是一门培养学生语言能力和综合素质的学科,但大部分教师在教学中都采取一刀切模式,以至于优等生吃不饱,学困生吃不了等情况,更违背新课程标准提出的注重因材施教理念。分层教学即基于学生个体差异将其划分为不同层次,并在此基础上实施针对性教学,使不同水平学生均有所得,提高整体学习水平。 English is a subject to cultivate students’language ability and comprehensive quality.However,most teachers adopt a one size fits all model in their teaching,so that the top students are not enough to eat and the poor students can’t eat.What’s more,it goes against the idea of teaching students according to their aptitude proposed by the new curriculum standard.Hierarchical teaching is to divide students into different levels based on their individual differences,and implement targeted teaching on this basis,so that students of different levels can have gains and improve the overall learning level.
