摘要
集体备课是教师之间心理对接、知识交换、合作互助的有效方式,有助于实现教师知识的共同拥有与个性的全面发展。而在新课改的背景下,教师需要转变传统的备课角色,从多角度、多方面参与集体备课,才能有效提升集体备课的质量。下面笔者谈一谈农村高中数学集体备课中教师角色的转变,从而为教师集体备课提供有效的建议。
Collective lesson preparation is an effective way of psychological connection,knowledge exchange,cooperation and mutual assistance among teachers,which helps to realize the common possession of teachers’knowledge and the overall development of their personality.In the context of the new curriculum reform,teachers need to change the traditional role of lesson preparation and participate in collective lesson preparation from various angles and aspects in order to effectively improve the quality of collective lesson preparation.Next,the author talks about the change of teachers’role in rural high school mathematics collective lesson preparation,so as to provide effective suggestions for teachers’collective lesson preparation.
