同型半胱氨酸与代谢综合征的相关性研究

Relationship Between Homocysteine and Metabolic Syndrome

目的研究同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与代谢综合征(MS)及其组分的相关性.方法纳入参与辽宁省沈阳市城区动脉硬化及其相关疾病调查的居民,对其进行问卷调查、体格检查和实验室检查,依据国际糖尿病联盟诊断标准将其分为MS组及非代谢综合征(NMS)组.描述MS及其组分的特点,采用Logistic回归分析Hcy与MS的相关性.结果共纳入2178名35~64岁居民.MS组Hcy高于NMS组,且随着MS组成因素个数增多,Hcy呈升高趋势.仅有1种MS组成因素者与健康人比较,甘油三酯、血压、血糖、腰围升高者的Hcy升高(P<0.001),高密度脂蛋白降低者Hcy升高(P<0.001).Logistic u回归分析显示Hcy升高者更易患MS.结论Hcy与MS呈正相关,随着Hcy的升高,发生MS的可能性增加.对高危人群应关注Hcy水平,进行早期筛查,从而早期预防心脑血管等慢性疾病的发生和进展.

Objective To investigate correlation between homocysteine(Hey)and metabolic syndrome(MS),as well as its components.Methods Residents who participated in the survey concerning atherosclerosis and related diseases conducted in Shenyang,Liaoning Province were included.They accomplished questionnaire,physical examination and laboratory tests,and they were divided into MS group and non-metabolic syndrome(NMS)group according to the International Diabetes Federation(IDF)diagnostic criteria for MS.Characteristics of MS and its components were described,and correlation of MS and Hey was analyzed using Logistic regression.Results A total of 2178 residents who were 35-64 years old were included.Hey is higher in MS group than NMS group.With the increase in the number of MS composition factors,Hey levels increased.Among individials with only one factor of MS,Hey is higher in groups with hypertriglyceridaemia,higher blood pressure,higher glucose,higher waist and lower high density lipoprotein(P<0.001),compared with healthy individials.Logistic regression analysis showed that higher Hey levels were more susceptible to MS.Conclusion Hey may be associated with MS.Individuals with higher Hey levels are more prone to suffer MS.Plasma Hey level among high risk population should be paid more attention and screened earlier,so as to prevent the occurrence and progress of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
