摘要
目的为探讨胃癌对榆林农村地区人群的危害,对榆林地区胃癌流行分布特点进行分析,为构建农村地区胃癌早诊早治体系提供参考依据.方法统计榆林地区新型农村合作医疗保险信息平台2014年1月—2019年12月入院诊断为胃癌的所有患者,对其分布特点进行回顾性统计分析研究.结果2014年—2019年所有胃癌患者中,男性5882例,女性1978例,男女比为2.97:1,2014年—2019年榆林地区胃癌高发县(市)神木县(市),为69.00/10万;其次为佳县,为62.04/10万;定边县最低,为22.91/10万,发病顶峰年龄集中在50~79岁,40岁开始逐年增加,79岁以后,胃癌的发病率开始下降.2014年—2019年胃癌发病率呈逐年下降趋势.结论胃癌是威胁榆林地区农村居民健康的主要恶性肿瘤之一,中老年人及男性人群是胃癌防治工作的重点.
Objective To investigate the harm of gastric cancer to the population in rural Yulin,and to analyze the prevalence and distribution characteristics of gastric cancer in Yulin,so as to provide reference for the establishment of early diagnosis and early treatment system of gastric cancer in rural areas.Methods The information platform of the new rural cooperative medical insurance in Yulin was collected,and the distribution characteristics of all patients diagnosed with gastric cancer who were admitted to hospital from January 2014 to December 2019 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among all patients with gastric cancer from 2014 to 2019,there were 5882 males and 1978 females,with a male-to-female ratio of 2.97:1.From 2014 to 2019,the incidence of gastric cancer was 69.00/100000 in Shenmu County(City),Yulin.Next came Jia County,with 62.04/100000;Dingbian County had the lowest incidence,which was 22.91/100000.The peak age of the incidence was mainly 50-79 years old,which increased year by year from 40 years old.After 79 years old,the incidence of gastric cancer began to decline,and the incidence of gastric cancer showed a downward trend year by year from 2014 to 2019.Conclusion Gastric cancer is one of the main malignant tumors that threaten the health of rural residents in Yulin.The prevention and treatment of gastric cancer focuses on the middle-aged and elderly people and the male population.
