糖尿病足并发糖尿病性视网膜病变的预测指标分析

Analysis of Predictive Indexes in Diabetic Foot Patients with Diabetic Retinopathy

目的分析糖尿病足(DF)与糖尿病性视网膜病变(DR)的相互联系,并探讨DF患者并发DR的预测指标.方法回顾性分析苏州大学附属第一医院2018年—2019年内分泌科收治的3615例糖尿病患者的临床资料,根据有无合并DF或DR分为4组,探讨DF和DR的相关性,分析DF患者的特点及相关血液指标,了解其对预测DF患DR的参考价值.结果单因素逻辑回归分析显示,DF与DR的OR值为2.08(95%CI:1.13~3.83,P<0.05),DF与DR有相关性,差异有统计学意义.DF患者中身体质量指数(BMI)偏低、空腹血糖(FBG)偏高、尿酸(UA)偏高者更易罹患DR.结论DF和DR的发生和发展存在一定的联系,对于单独发病的DF患者,BMI偏低、FBG高、UA偏高者,更应加强防治,定期进行眼底检查.

Objective To analyze the correlation between diabetic foot(DF)and diabetic retinopathy(DR),and to discuss the predictors of DR in patients with DF.Methods The clinical data of 3615 diabetic patients in the department of endocrinology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University were analyzed retrospectively.According to whether suffered from DF or DR,they were divided into 4 groups.The correlation between DF and DR was discussed.The characteristics and related blood indicators of DF patients were analyzed,in order to understand the predictive value of DF patients with DR.Results Single factor Logistic regression analysis showed that the odds ratio(OR)of DF and DR was 2.08[95%confidence interval(Cl):1.13-3.83,P<0.05].DR is more likely to occur in patients with DF who have lower body mass index(BMI),higher fasting blood glucose(FBG)and higher uric acid(UA).Conclusion There is a certain relationship between the occurrence and development of DF and DR.For DF patients with low BMI,high FBG and high UA,prevention and treatment should be strengthened and fundus examination should be conducted regularly.
