综合康复辅助药物治疗对病毒性脑炎患者的疗效分析

Analysis of the Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Combined with Drug Treatment on Patients with Viral Encephalitis

目的探讨综合康复辅助药物治疗对病毒性脑炎患者治疗效果的影响.方法选取中国医科大学附属第四医院2008年1月—2011年1月收治的病毒性脑炎患者72例,分为对照组和观察组各36例进行回顾性分析,对照组给予常规药物治疗及一般护理,观察组在常规药物治疗及一般护理基础上给予综合康复治疗,比较两组患者的症状改善时间及住院时间差异、FMA(Fugl-Meyer运动评分量表)及MBI(改良Barthel指数)评分变化情况、语言及智力能力提升情况.结果观察组症状改善时间及住院时间均显著少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组FMA评分及MBI评分均有显著升高,且观察组的FMA及MBI评分均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者语言及智力障碍率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论综合康复辅助药物治疗可显著提升病毒性脑炎患者的疗效.

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation combined with drug treatment on patients with viral encephalitis.Methods 72 patients with viral encephalitis admitted to the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from January 2008 to January 2011 were divided into the control group and the observation group,36 cases in each group for retrospective analysis.The patients in the control group were given routine drug therapy and general nursing treatment,and the patients in the observation group were given comprehensive rehabilitation on the basis of routine drug therapy and general nursing treatment.The differences of symptom improvement time and hospitalization time,the changes of FMA(Fugl Meyer scale)and MBI(modified Barthel Index),and the improvement of language and intelligence ability between the two groups were compared.Results The symptom improvement time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The FMA and MBI scores of the two groups were significantly increased,and the scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of language impairment and intelligence disorder in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P><0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation combined with drug treatment can significantly improve the clinical effect of viral encephalitis patients.
