扬州地区无偿献血人群凝血因子活性调查分析

摘要 目的调查扬州地区无偿献血人群凝血因子活性状况.方法留取120名无偿献血者献血时的血液样本,男74名,女46名,采用凝固法检测其血浆中的FⅡ:C、FⅦ:C、FⅧ:C、FⅨ:C、FⅪ:C和Fb含量.结果40岁以上人群FⅡ:C、FⅦ:C、FⅧ:C、FⅨ:C和Fb含量高于40岁以下人群,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).不同血型的人群中FⅦ和FⅪ的含量基本相同,B型人群的Fb含量和FⅡ:C相对高一些,O型人群FⅧ和FⅨ:C浓度要低于其他血型,其中FⅧ:C较为明显.结论为了保证冷沉淀凝血因子的质量,在冷沉淀制备活动中应选择采集过程顺利的血液,尽可能在6~8 h内分离出血浆,在1 h内完成速冻;新浆的融化温度应控制在1℃~6℃范围内,冷沉淀在交付前应在0℃以下的环境中暂存. Objective To investigating the activity of blood coagulation factors in the population of unpaid blood donors in Yangzhou area.Methods The blood samples of 120 blood donors were collected,74 males and 46 females.The coagulation method was used to detect the contents of F Ⅱ:C,FⅦ:C,FⅧ:C,FⅨ:C,FⅪ:C and Fb in their serum.Results The FⅡ :C,FⅦ:C,FⅧ:C,FⅨ:C and Fb contents of people over 40 years old were higher than those of people under 40 years old and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The contents of FⅥ and FⅪ were basically the same in people of different blood types.The content of fibrinogen and F Ⅱ:C was higher in people of type B,and FⅡ and FⅨ:C were lower in people of type O,among which FⅧ:C was more obvious.Conclusion In order to ensure the quality of cryoprecipitation,we should choose to collect smooth blood during cryoprecipitation preparation,separate the plasma within 6-8 hours,and complete the quick freezing within 1 hour;the melting temperature of the new plasma should be controlled at 1℃-6 ℃,and it should be stored in an environment below 0℃.
